Best Practice Guidelines of the Cord Recruitment Group

The Cord Recruitment Group and its divisions are committed to providing employment, recruitment, selection and human resources consulting services according to a set of industry codes of practice. These codes and guidelines have been established by the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA), Australian federal and state legislation and other government bodies for non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity. These codes are sometimes also known as Best Practice Guidelines.

RCSA Membership

The Cord Recruitment Group and its divisions, Engineering, Industrial, IT and Executive are members of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA).

The RCSA has defined a Code for Professional Practice for the ethical behaviour of the recruitment & consulting industry. Cord upholds and operates according to this code which calls for "honesty, equity, integrity and social responsibility in all dealings". Best Practice

The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission of Australia has created a set of Best Practice guidelines for businesses and employers to assist in the elimination of discrimination in the recruitment and selection process.
